Richard Weekes & Co produced two reports for the management and board of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, FINSIA, Australasia’s premier membership organisation for the financial services industry with 16,000 members.

The reports recommended key future strategic drivers for growth and renewal of FINSIA, particularly in potential engagement with hard-to-reach, new younger members.

The process involved major stake-holder engagement to collect detailed technical feedback; and a benchmarking exercise to determine best practice among equivalent professional organisations around the globe. FINSIA was especially pleased with the quality of our analysis scrutinising the organisation’s current effectiveness and brand positioning.

We conceptualised, planned, coordinated and conducted a 3-day training workshop for FINSIA executives as part of a complete refresh of FINSIA’s marketing and communications strategy.
