Special project teams from Richard Weekes & Co assisted the City of Parramatta Council (working directly with the CEO Greg Dyer):

• in the creation, development, brand repositioning and implementation of Council's multi-billion dollar project "Parramatta; We're Building Australia's Next Great City."

• in planning, developing and implementing a series of priority stake-holder engagement and community communication projects (including public forums and data-rich reference documents varying from 24 pages to 60+ pages.)

• in highly sensitive council merger assignments from planning and executing joint executive workshops to creating and production of day 1 communication material highlighting the preparedness and benefits of the newly formed council. 

• Working with Left Field Public Relations, we provided PR and Community Engagement Services to support the $4Billion Parramatta Square redevelopment.
